Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of SStream Live ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use SStream.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Permitted Use

SStream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful personal or commercial live-streaming purposes. You agree not to:

• Broadcast content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third party rights.
• Stream copyrighted material without appropriate licences or authorisation.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or disruptive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract our source code.
• Resell or sublicence access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use automated bots or scrapers against our platform.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you stream or upload. By using SStream, you grant us a limited licence to route, transcode, and deliver your stream solely for the purposes of providing the Service. SStream's platform, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of SStream Live Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Free plans are subject to stream limits as described on our pricing page.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. Third-party platform availability (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) is outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SStream Live Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to SStream in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice of material changes. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
