DMCA Policy
SStream Live respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement and how we respond to such notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international legislation.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content streamed or hosted via SStream infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated DMCA Agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (e.g., stream URL, timestamp).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Email is the preferred and fastest method. Please include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line.
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who streamed or uploaded the content.
- Provide the user with a copy of the notice (with your personal information redacted where possible).
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
SStream Live will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.
6. Misrepresentation
Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees).
